Hi everyone! If you haven’t met me before, my name is Kerry Wee. I’m a dancer, aerialist and instructor. Fifteen years ago, the same year I began aerial training, I realized that needed a way to stay out of injury for the long run. Because, after decade of aerial training, I was in pain.
I found some amazing bodyworkers, did some trades or figured out how to afford it, but it wasn’t realistic to book a session every time I felt like I needed it. I’d ask my partner to rub my neck and shoulders, but let’s face it, it didn’t get the job done. The answer was rolling and essentially doing myself consistently.
Many of you might have reached the same conclusion and now you just have to carve out the time and get it done.
ROLL IT OUT answers the question of HOW you are going to get your weekly rolling done and stay out of pain… so that you can stay in the air.
Similar to having your weekly yoga class on the schedule, you’ll join me LIVE or tune into the student portal for a 60-minute guided body rolling session in the comfort of your own home focused on imbalances caused by aerial training.

What equipment do I need?
No specific brands are required but I suggest at minimum that you have a tennis-ball sized ball and a standard foam roller.
What if I can't ever make the LIVE class.
No worries. There’s always an hour long recorded class to take on the portal as well as body part specific mini videos
